Dr. Aimee Browne

Dr. Browne has published several book chapters and co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles on topics including in vitro fertilization, controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, predictors of ovarian reserve, and endometriosis. Dr. Browne is motivated by her desire to help couples achieve their dreams of parenthood.

Dr. Amanda Skillern - Austin IVF Director

Recruited to head the new full service IVF center in Austin, Dr. Skillern is thrilled to be back in Texas after a brief hiatus. Her basic science research has focused on the process by which primordial follicles (eggs) diminish over time, to better understand how the ovary ages.

Dr. Ursula Balthazar

She most recently was in Alaska and for the last 3 years created and ran the entire infertility program there. Her husband is also a physician and is in the military. He was transferred here for his permanent assignment and they are happy to call San Antonio home.

Dr. Benito Carrera

An experienced gynecological surgeon whose main interests relate to the endoscopic treatment of endometriosis, pelvic adhesive disorders, surgical treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome and leiomyomatosis uteri. His particular focus is in providing minimally invasive surgical  treatment options to assist patients in their reproductive journey.
